Bug fix and Graphical upgrade

Added particle effects

felicia and co will no longer get stuck on spikes.

removed various sections where players can get stuck.

removed glitch of vector slimes receiving contact damage when the player walks into them.

removed Crunchy animation anomalies so they should animate much smoother now

reorganized the UI to feel more natural

Dead players respawn automatically after 2 seconds of existing as a corpse.
